Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement subject to the terms below.

Return Eligibility
A return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all accessories and labels intact.
Clear images or video proof of the issue must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
Items without original packaging
Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

Return Process

Once approved, we will provide instructions for return or replacement.

Refund Process
After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Replacement
In case of damaged or defective products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Digital Boxx reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
